Choose a request

Select an option to open a pre-addressed email. Send the request from the email connected to your account when possible and name the Velanite product concerned.

What to include

• The product name.
• The email address or account identifier associated with the product.
• The type and scope of your request.
• Your country or state, so we can apply the correct legal process.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request, verify that it concerns your account, and respond within the period required by applicable law. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We may ask for clarification, decline requests that are manifestly unfounded or legally exempt, or retain limited information where law, security, fraud prevention, or the rights of others require it. We will explain any refusal and available appeal rights.

Account deletion

Deletion closes the account and removes or de-identifies direct account information, credentials, stored integration keys, private settings, and user-authored private content. Some integrity-sensitive or public records may remain in de-identified form when deleting them would alter other users’ records. The relevant product notice explains any such exception.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple, Google, or another payment provider; cancel it in that provider’s subscription settings as well. If you connected a third-party account to a Velanite product, such as Google Calendar in Eluz or an OpenRouter key in AI Playoff, deletion removes what Velanite stored and revokes the credential Velanite held; you may also want to remove Velanite’s access in that provider’s own settings.

Authorized representatives

An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law allows it. We may ask for written authorization and may still need to verify the account holder directly.
